Job summary

AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse or Broughton seeks a Performance Business Analyst to join the OW organisation (Wing MCA Operational Excellence & Performance Management). You will drive governance, develop dashboards, and lead digital performance initiatives across OW with close collaboration with central functions and plants.

The role emphasizes KPI delivery, data analytics, and continuous improvement of the digital Performance Management System, including training and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business/data analytics with Skywise a plus.
• Background in IT/science/engineering is preferred.
• Strong experience in performance management (TCOs to KPIs) and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and standardise OW performance governance with central functions and plants.
• Drive transformation to simplify governance within Operations.
• Deliver a harmonised performance management system with yearly KPI targets and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the digital Performance Management System.
• Maintain the Performance Management System (basic programming).
• Provide training as a digital performance expert (train the trainers).
• Support digital transformation awareness and strategy.
• Create dashboards/reports ensuring data consistency and KPIs.
• Manage deployment plans for transformation and lean ways of working.
• Support transversal OW activities (CAPEX, SDOs, R Ops, SteerCos inputs).
• Standardise inventory process across OW; cascade targets with Finance.
• Orchestrate performance network, share best practices, collect feedback.
• Contribute to benchmarking and transversal projects.
