Job summary

AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse/Blagnac is seeking a Performance Business Analyst to join the Wing MCA Operational Excellence & Performance Management team. The role focuses on governance, data analytics, KPI management and the continuous improvement of the digital Performance Management System across OW.

It offers international exposure, transformation projects and collaboration with central functions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ideally background in IT, science or engineering.
• 10 years' experience in business/data analytics; Skywise experience is a plus.
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript and/or Python).
• 10 years' experience in performance management or improving business processes in a corporate environment.
• AOS/OES/Lean expertise would be an asset.
• Project management expertise with strong organizational and planning skills in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and harmonise OW performance governance with central functions and plants.
• Drive transformation to simplify governance within Operations.
• Deliver a harmonised performance management system to support annual KPI targets and TCOs (e.g., digital control room and COO dashboard).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the digital Performance Management System for Operations and new developments.
• Maintain the Performance Management System (basic programming).
• Provide training as required (train the trainers approach).
• Ensure digital transformation through awareness, strategy, training and e-learning.
• Create and prepare dashboards/reports with consistent data and KPIs analysis.
• Drive transformational changes and deployment plans for implementation.
• Support transversal OW activities (resource planning, CAPEX, etc.).
• Standardise and harmonise inventory processes across OW and assist Finance with target cascading.
