Job summary

AIRBUS SAS in France seeks a Performance Business Analyst to join the Wing Major Component Assembly team. Based in Toulouse or Blagnac, you will support OW performance governance, KPI delivery, and a digital performance management system.

Ideal candidates have IT/science/engineering background, 10 years in analytics and performance management, and programming basics (JS/Python). English negotiation level; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally background in IT and/or science and/or engineering
• 10 years experience in business/data analytics and performance management
• Basic programming knowledge: JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience with corporate environment and KPI management
• English negotiation level; other languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and standardise OW performance governance with central functions
• Drive transformation to streamline performance governance within Operations
• Deliver harmonised performance management system across OW and COOs control room dashboards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital Performance Management System
• Maintain basic programming for Performance Management System
• Provide training as required (train the trainers approach)
• Support digital transformation awareness and strategy
• Prepare dashboards/reports with accurate KPIs and data consistency
• Lead deployment plans for improvements and transformational changes
• Support transversal OW activities (CAPEX, SDOs, R&Ops) and SteerCos inputs
• Standardise inventory process across OW and assist Finance in cascading targets
• Animate performance and excellence network and share best practices
• Contribute to benchmarking and transversal projects
