Alan is hiring across France for a role focused on onboarding operations and people support. You will own pre-boarding and onboarding end to end, be the first contact for day-to-day requests, and guide leads through sensitive conversations with care and structure.

You will also coordinate training, measure impact, and implement automation using Claude and Dust to reduce manual work while tracking key metrics and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate training and development programmes.
• Proficiency with data tracking and reporting for people metrics.
• Familiarity with automation to improve manual processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end.
• Be the first point of contact for Alaners navigating day-to-day requests.
• Shadow and own simple individual situations, guiding leads and coaches.
• Coordinate and improve training programmes for leads and coaches.
• Identify manual areas and build automations, using Claude and Dust.
• Track key people metrics and convert them into insights.
• Write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation.
