Position Overview:
As Kpler continues to scale, building strong and efficient People processes is essential to delivering a seamless employee experience. We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support and optimize our HR systems, tools, and workflows while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively across the employee lifecycle.
You will play a key role in strengthening the operational backbone of the People team—owning systems administration, managing employee requests, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance. Your work will enable scalability and create a reliable and supportive experience for all employees and managers globally.
