Position Overview:

To strengthen our Global HR Team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated People Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, based in Paris, you will help structure our People department and leverage data to enhance efficiency.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the HR team’s scale-up, develop our People Operations framework, and work on strategic, innovative HR projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, structure, and develop the People Operations team (2 people).
  • Oversee activities such as onboarding, offboarding, data management, contracts, mobility, leave management, payroll, benefits, employee files, and training administration.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all regions by managing local HR policies and requirements.
  • Design improvements for HR processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and ISO compliance.
  • Manage HRIS systems, create dashboards, and generate reports.
  • Handle payroll processes with external providers, managing vendor relations to improve service quality.
  • Develop Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility processes.
  • Support employee relations at individual and collective levels.
  • Participate in HR projects like HRIS implementation and M&A activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive data management, payroll, and HR administration experience, preferably in fast-growing, international, multicultural companies.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law; knowledge of other countries’ laws is beneficial.
  • Experience in project management and M&A is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
