They’re looking for a People Operations Associate to help scale their culture and operations as the team grows.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and culture. You'll support the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, help streamline HR operations, and be a go-to person for team happiness and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR admin tasks across multiple countries.
Own and improve internal processes for employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Work closely with People & Culture leads to execute engagement and wellness initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from team members.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive remote culture through async-friendly communication and events.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or a similar role—bonus points for startup/remote experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A passion for great employee experience and company culture.
Familiarity with HR tools like BambooHR, Deel, Personio, or similar.
You’re based in Europe and comfortable working in a fully distributed team.
