The Opportunity

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to join the global People Development & Engagement team and become the Single Point of Contact for Global Support Functions & MTS within initiatives related to Development, Wellbeing, Engagement as well as Transformation projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You lead and drive implementation and follow-up of programs and processes related to People review & Succession planning, Global Talent & management programs, performance management, experts community, and mandatory e-learnings.
  • You support global employee retention initiatives.
  • You promote & facilitate internal mobility.
  • You lead and drive implementation and follow-up of programs and processes related to CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Satisfaction & Wellbeing.
  • You coordinate e-learning reporting and follow-up.
  • You support overall Wellbeing, Engagement, and D&I actions and events.
  • You actively collaborate with Global HRBP peers, L&D SPOC, and GBL HRDs for transformational process improvement topics.

  • Around 5 years' experience in a similar position in a big company.
  • Ability to deal with various internal stakeholders and report to C-level.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage global stakeholders.
  • Motivation and passion for Development & Engagement topics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
