The Opportunity: Join the global People Development & Engagement team as the Single Point of Contact for Global Support Functions & MTS, focusing on Development, Wellbeing, Engagement, and Transformation projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement programs related to People review, Succession planning, Talent management, performance management, community building, and e-learning reporting.
  • Support employee retention initiatives and promote internal mobility.
  • Drive programs on CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Satisfaction, and Wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with HR peers and stakeholders for process improvements.

Who Are We Looking For:

Big thinkers with passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Requirements include:

  • Approximately 5 years' experience in a similar role in a large company.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, including C-level reporting.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
  • High attention to detail and effective global stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
