The Opportunity:

Join our global People Development & Engagement team as the Single Point of Contact for Global Support Functions & MTS, focusing on initiatives related to Development, Wellbeing, Engagement, and Transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and implement programs related to People review & Succession planning, Global Talent & Management, performance management, experts community, and mandatory e-learnings.
2. Support global employee retention initiatives.
3. Promote and facilitate internal mobility.
4. Drive programs related to CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Satisfaction, and Wellbeing.
5. Coordinate e-learning reporting and follow-up.
6. Support overall Wellbeing, Engagement, and D&I actions and events.
7. Collaborate with Global HRBP peers, L&D SPOC, and GBL HRDs on process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

We seek proactive individuals with:

• Approximately 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large organization.
• Ability to manage diverse internal stakeholders and report to C-level executives.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective global stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for Development & Engagement topics.
• Excellent English communication skills.
