Job summary

Qonto, a leading European fintech, seeks a People Data Analyst to turn HR data into actionable insights and enable better decisions across People and Finance. You will work closely with HRBPs and the People Systems team to improve dashboards and reporting, and to ensure data reliability and clear communications.

You will analyze turnover, performance, headcount, and compensation topics, build dashboards, and support daily decisions with practical analyses.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, or a data analytics role with exposure to HR topics.
• Hands-on analytical skills using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to build dashboards and check calculations.
• Clear communication and sound judgment to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn People data into actionable insights on turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
• Build and improve dashboards and reporting, maintain metric definitions, ensure data reliability.
• Support HRBPs in day-to-day decisions by translating questions into analyses and KPIs.
• Contribute to workforce and talent analyses, including headcount planning and compensation reviews.
• Apply AI to analytical tasks, test efficiency improvements, and ensure accuracy.
