The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, is a hands-on builder with Python or TypeScript, and is fluent in English. This role offers a salary range of €88,000–€120,000 and hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shipping internal tools or automations for non-technical users.
• Ability to build agents and deploy automation workflows.
• Track record working with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build AI agents, automations, and internal tools for People workflows.
• Lead AI enablement across the company with training and community organization.
• Partner with Engineering on infrastructure requirements.
