A leading offshore law firm is seeking a Pensions Solicitor with 2-4 PQE to join their prestigious Trusts and Private Wealth Team. The candidate will support the pensions practice, advising clients on pension legislation and issues. This position requires travel between Guernsey and Jersey. A strong background in pensions law is essential, qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years post-qualification experience in pensions law.
• Strong background advising on pension legislation and regulation.
• Experience with pension schemes and corporate due diligence.

THE ROLE

We have a new role for a Pensions Solicitor 2-4 PQE to join prestigious Trusts and Private Wealth Team based in the Channel Islands

The role will be to support the pensions practice, the role can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey, the post holder will be required to travel between the Islands.

Duties include:

Assisting with drafting and amending pension schemes

Advising pension providers, trustees and employers on a range of pension issues

Advising on pension legislation / regulation

Providing specialist pension support as part of Corporate Due Diligence exercises

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will have c 2-4 PQE, qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction with a strong background in pensions law.
