Interventions during the day with on-call duties to be scheduled.

Service:

The pediatric department includes 9 beds, of which 4 are neonatal. It is attached to the level 2A maternity ward, which had 676 births in 2023 and 626 in 2024.

Responsibilities of the Substitute Pediatrician:

• Conduct visits in the Maternity, Pediatrics, and Neonatology departments.
• Be available by phone and/or on-site for pediatric consultations from Emergency Doctors (note: no dedicated pediatric emergency service on-site), General Practitioners, and midwives in the territory.
• Participate in scheduled consultations for infants and children.
• Be on-call with operational duties, including neonatal resuscitation acts in the delivery room.
• Attend deliveries by cesarean section.

Software used: Sillage convergence.

Compensation:

Proposed by the establishment: travel and accommodation expenses covered; €46.89 net/hour; €11 net/hour for on-call duties.
