A company specializing in training and defense is looking for a Flight Instructor to oversee ground and flight training for Qatari students. This part-time position requires solid experience in flight instruction, multi-crew coordination, and the ability to coach pilots effectively. Qualified candidates should hold an EASA / UK ATPL (A), have a valid Class 1 medical, and ideally possess a type rating on a jet aircraft. Candidates who speak French or Arabic will be preferred.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is appreciated.
• Proven ability to coach and assess pilot performance.
• Experience in multi-crew coordination operations.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out ground and flight training sessions.
• Contribute to the elaboration of pedagogical content.
• Prepare courses aligning with training objectives.
• Follow up on the technical progress of trainees.
• Prepare activity reports according to the schedule.
• Contribute to the Feedback Process.
