Aterim, a leading global provider of umbrella services for employee and contractor hosting, is hiring ATP-CTP Instructors to be based in Morlaix, France on behalf of Icare.

Location: Morlaix, France. Start Date: February 2026. FAA-compliant instructors are required to deliver high-quality flight instruction and conduct ground school sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of line flying experience as Captain or FO with a U.S.-flagged carrier (Part 121/135).
• The aircraft flown must be U.S.-registered (N-registered).
• The aircraft must have nine or more passenger seats.
• Fluent in English for effective instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Delivering high-quality flight instruction to aspiring pilots, providing comprehensive and engaging lessons in accordance with FAA regulations and industry best practices.
• Conducting ground school sessions to cover theoretical aspects of flight training, ensuring students gain a strong theoretical foundation.
• Tailoring training programs to meet individual student needs, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
• Instilling safety as a top priority, mentoring students on safe aviation practices and emergency procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, evaluations, and flight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality flight instruction to aspiring pilots, providing comprehensive and engaging lessons in accordance with FAA regulations and industry best practices.
• Conducting ground school sessions to cover theoretical aspects of flight training, ensuring students gain a strong theoretical foundation.
• Tailoring training programs to meet individual student needs, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
• Instilling safety as a top priority, mentoring students on safe aviation practices and emergency procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, evaluations, and flight hours.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of employment in a line flying capacity (as Captain or First Officer) with a U.S.-flagged Air Carrier or Air Taxi Operator (operating under Part 121 or Part 135).
• Aircraft Registration: The aircraft flown must be N-registered (U.S. registration).
• Aircraft Type: The aircraft must have a passenger capacity of nine (9) or more.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively connect with students and create a positive learning environment.
• Fluent in English, enabling seamless communication with students from various linguistic backgrounds.
• Outstanding technical and organizational skills, ensuring smooth and efficient flight instruction.
