A company specializing in training and defense is looking for a Flight Instructor to oversee ground and flight training for Qatari students. This part-time position requires solid experience in flight instruction, multi-crew coordination, and the ability to coach pilots effectively. Qualified candidates should hold an EASA / UK ATPL (A), have a valid Class 1 medical, and ideally possess a type rating on a jet aircraft. Candidates who speak French or Arabic will be preferred.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

Under the supervision of the Team leader, you will ensure ground and flight training to the Qatari students.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ground and flight training sessions to the trainees. The sessions may include tactical exercices and simulator sessions.
• Contribute to the elaboration of the pedagogical content as well as the training program.
• Prepare the courses and make sure they are coherent with the targeted training objectives.
• Prepare all documents that are associated to the courses he/she will be in charge of (setting of documents and training aids).
• Follow up the technical progress of the trainees he/she will be responsible for and will suggest program upgrading that would be necessary to the success of the mission.
• Prepare activity reports according to the schedule set in the Project Memorandum.
• Contribute to the Feedback Process.

Required profile and skills:

You have a strong foundation in flight instruction principles (ideally with basic Flight Instruction experience) and proven ability to coach and assess pilot performance.

Technical and Operational

• Experience in multi‑crew coordination (MCC) operations
• Solid operational background in line flying as a Training Captain
• Single Pilot experience on Jet or Turbo Prop aircraft

Minimum Qualifications

• EASA / UK ATPL (A)
• Valid Class 1 medical (unrestricted)
• CS23 type rating (ideally PC‑24)
• Type Rating Instructor on a jet aircraft
• ICAO English Level 5 or higher

You are native or bilingual in English and able to adapt to non‑native speakers. Knowledge of French or Arabic would be highly appreciated. You have good pedagogical skills and good knowledge of oral presentation techniques.
