The role in a nutshell

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist responsible for assisting with standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes (salary calculation) for our clients, which include well-known companies from various industries such as pharmaceuticals, investment management, fashion, and banking.

How you will make a difference
  • Ensuring knowledge of client employment contracts, policies, taxation, insurances, and social security regulations, ensuring all payments are authorized, correct, and compliant.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.
  • Managing client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to deliver world-class service.
  • Performing additional duties as required by the operations team.
  • Maintaining KPI performance on client allocation.
What will make you stand out
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Experience with SILAE Payroll software is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience with local payroll legislation processing.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor, or related field is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and payroll systems.
  • Ability to perform manual calculations if necessary.
