Le candidat idéal doit justifier d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience, maîtriser les logiciels de paie comme CEGID, et être rigoureux et proactif. Ce rôle essentiel inclut la gestion complète de la paie et le reporting, avec des perspectives d'évolution dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise des dispositions légales en matière de paie.
  • Expertise en gestion et mise à jour des logiciels de paie.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer le traitement complet de la paie: collecte, vérification et calcul des éléments variables.
  • Développer et assurer la mise à jour des rapports périodiques.
  • Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la gestion administrative et la paie.

  • What are we looking for in our future Payroll Manager?

Above all, we are looking for a rigorous, methodical and curious person who wants to join us and contribute to the objective of "0 ultimate waste for 100% resources".

Payroll expert, passionate about your job and figures, you have acquired at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an office or within a company.

You have a strong interest in technical subjects related to payroll and will quickly demonstrate autonomy and be proactive in your field of action.

You are familiar with the legal and regulatory provisions concerning payroll and social law, and are proficient in office tools (Office Pack), payroll software (CEGID) and GTA (OCTIME).

Excellent interpersonal skills will also be essential to enable you to develop within our multi-company and multi-site environment.

  • What will the missions be?

By joining us to strengthen the Group's Human Resources Department – a professional, dynamic team of 6 people – you will play a key role in payroll management and reporting.

Working with the Payroll Manager, you will ensure the complete payroll cycle, from the collection of variable elements to the various declarations, while ensuring data compliance.

Your main missions will be:

  • Ensure payroll processing from A to Z: collection, verification and calculation of variable elements (overtime, commercial bonuses, profit-sharing, etc.), preparation of pay slips, DSN, justification of accounting entries, declaration of various taxes
  • Ensure the management of IJ files: illness, maternity/paternity, work accident, pensions
  • Develop and ensure the updating of periodic consolidation reporting statistics
  • Ensure legal and conventional compliance of payroll software (CEGID)
  • Ensure the reliability of payroll software settings updates
  • Answer employees' questions regarding their administrative management and payroll
  • Participate in budget preparation
  • Contribute to discussions within the framework of the NAO
  • Maintain and update the BDESE
  • Participate in payroll-related projects

Conduct of interviews:

  • An initial interview with the HR Manager in charge of recruitment
  • A second interview with the Director of Human Resources
