Mission

The Payment Product team is a key enabler of Pluxee’s business. It covers benefit issuance, payment instrument management, merchant acceptance, transaction processing, and settlement.

To support our global roadmap, we are looking for a Business Analyst with a Product Manager / Product Owner with a Business Analyst mindset to help drive the evolution of our payment products, working closely with both local teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Global Payment Product Team, your responsibilities will include :

  • Gather and analyse business needs from local teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases).
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximise business value
  • Collaborate with the squad to refine tickets with the development team and participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Follow implementation of features and coordinate releases
  • Document processes and payment flows in a structured and reusable way.
  • Support performance monitoring , through dashboards and key metrics.
  • Facilitate collaboration between product, tech, and business teams
  • Assist in handling major incidents , contributing to root cause analysis and improvements
  • Support change requests (enhancements, new features), and help drive user adoption.

Expectations as to the role is that you will :

  • Act as the functional owner of your scope : capture business needs, define and document product behavior, and guide the delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle ,
  • Support the evolution and improvement of payment services by working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and local market teams.
  • Ensure the consistency of functional documentation and contribute to the development of a standardized payment service catalogue .
  • Bring structure, clarity, and a delivery mindset to an agile product team.
  • Focus on execution and delivery , rather than strategic product definition or technical architecture.

Profile

  • Payments and fintech knowledge : Solid understanding of digital payment flows, partners, and the value chain.
  • Product & Agile experience : Demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Functional writing skills : Ability to translate complex business needs into structured and testable specifications.
  • Analytical mindset : Strong problem-solving skills and ability to dive into data and processes to clarify issues and identify improvements.
  • Communication & collaboration : Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and levels.
  • Languages : Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus.
  • Mindset : Curious, pragmatic, structured, and delivery oriented.

You will be part of the Global Payment Product team, reporting to one of Lead Product Manager.
