Job Description

Within the Accounts Payable and Royalties team and inside the Accounting department, you will join a team of accountants and controllers who run the daily operations. You will also be an actor in Deezer’s projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.

What you will do:

1. Account invoices in both the procurement (Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools
2. Be the representative of Deezer towards suppliers
3. Make payment vouchers
4. Do accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices)
5. Participate in the improvement of IT tools and internal control
6. Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

1. A 2 or 3 years degree (BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent) in Accounting, minimum
2. Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
3. Experience in Sage or other accounting tools is a plus
4. Excel proficiency (at least 2/5)
5. Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
6. Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!

This is an apprenticeship position, starting in September 2025.
We favor candidates with a 3-day work and 2-day school program.
