Addingwell by Didomi is hiring a Partnerships Manager.Are you curious, autonomous, and interested in tech, data, and digital marketing? Join Addingwell by Didomi and contribute to the growth and activation of a network of over 200 partners (including data agencies, media agencies, web experts, and tracking-specialized freelancers).About Addingwell by DidomiAddingwell is the leading Server-Side Tracking solution in Europe. We help advertisers regain control of their data collection, better manage their marketing strategy, and improve performance through a robust, easy-to-deploy, and fully managed solution.As of April 2025, Addingwell joined Didomi, the European leader in consent management (CMP). Together, we're building a unified suite focused on compliance, performance, and data sovereignty. This strategic move allows us to expand our offering and accelerate our shared mission.Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll have a cross-functional role in developing, activating, and growing our partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include :

Network Development & Retention :

  • Identify and recruit new partners (digital agencies, data consultants, freelancers).
  • Present Addingwell (Server-Side Tracking) and Didomi (Consent Management Platform) through product demos.
  • Promote our partner program benefits : technical support, commissions, marketing exposure, expert resources, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners through regular contact (calls, follow-ups, event invites…) to ensure strong engagement and activation.

Partner Onboarding & Engagement :

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Engage our network of 200+ partners through :
  • Content and resources (newsletters, use cases, communication kits),-Activation of the partner program (marketing visibility, commissions, contract tracking),-In-person and virtual events.
  • Work closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure :
  • A seamless and responsive partner experience.-Effective handover of business opportunities identified via partners.

Be the Voice of Our Partner Network :

  • Serve as an internal advocate for partners.
  • Share partner feedback (product insights, marketing use cases, support experience).
  • Identify business opportunities and market trends.

What we’re looking for :

  • First experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, business development, or project management.
  • A genuine interest in customer relations and sales, with a desire to build and grow a network.
  • Strong curiosity for tech and digital tracking topics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative.
  • Comfortable with B2B tools (Salesforce, Notion, Slack… is a plus).
  • Fluent in both French and English.
