A growing HR Tech company in Paris is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive B2B SaaS partnerships. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HR Tech and a strong understanding of the French partner ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that significantly impact the business direction and expansion in the market. Your Mission :
Partnerships are one of our biggest growth potentials in France. It has proven its effectiveness in Germany and the Netherlands, we now need to accelerate in France.
You’ll lead the development and execution of our partnerships in France, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Product teams to drive success. In this role you will report to the General Manager of Tellent France.
We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at least 3 years in HR Tech and with an existing knowledge of the French HR Tech partner ecosystem. You can expect a high degree of autonomy, ownership and responsibility in your position.
About the team :
We are a team of 5 Go-To-Market leaders running the French market (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Experience and General Manager) and we are looking for our next colleague to join the team in our Paris office. Our company goal is to help small and medium sized companies unleash the power of their talent in 3 core markets : France, Germany and the Netherlands. As the French Go-To-Market leadership team, our goal is to keep our high growth pace and triple our market’s revenue in the next 3 years.
Your 12-month journey :
During the first 3 months :
Meet and activate / reactivate all our existing partners, ensure they all know you as the main point of contact
Take over the partner pipeline and get at least 5 new partners on board
Maintain the 2025 Partnerships momentum in France, try to see if we can accelerate it
Organize an in-person partner event
Send at least a first partner newsletter (quarterly or monthly, to be defined)
Within 6 months :
You succeeded in adding new partners and increasing the pipeline and ARR from partners
You have a plan to achieve 600k of ARR in 2026 and are on track with execution
You have organized a second in-person partner event, with a growing community
You have included Marketing, Sales and CX in helping you receive & send leads to / from partners
After 1 year :
You are about to beat 600k ARR from partnerships in France for 2026
The partner community is growing and actively entertained thanks to our regular events and communications to our community
What you’ll be doing :
Own, develop and execute the regional partnership strategy
Ensure success of all our partner programs (ambassador, solution, tech, service)
Manage key partner relationships
Explore new ways to partner with our existing community
Drive partner success through coordinated internal efforts with other functions like Marketing, Sales or CX
Report on key partner metrics for the region (# of active partners, pipeline generated and ARR sourced)

HR Tech knowledge and experience
A knowledge of the French HR Tech partner ecosystem suitable for Tellent

The ability to bring partners in the office regularly and get our Tellent France teams to connect with our partners to create a real dynamic community
