As a Partnerships Intern for the DACH region at Aircall, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Partnerships team, supporting initiatives that help us grow our network of partners and optimize existing relationships. You'll gain hands-on experience with channel and integration partner acquisition and management, business development, partner marketing, and relationship management, while also developing skills in data management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Aircall by playing a critical part in our partner acquisition and management efforts


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management:
- Support the team with the execution of actions with existing partners
- Help track progress and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
  • New Partner Acquisition:
- Assist in identifying and acquiring new partners, including in adjacent markets.
- Tailor outreach efforts to meet qualified partner meeting targets—helping to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Learn how to craft and execute personalized outreach that resonates with potential partners.
  • Data Management:
- Update and verify crucial partner data to facilitate smooth partner management processes.
- Help ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of Salesforce fields for our key partners.
- Prepare and maintain lists of target partners for outbound campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategic focus areas.
  • Sales Support:
- Assist in updating and monitoring the partner sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
- Support the team in preparing materials and insights for partner discovery and sales calls.
Qualifications:
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Adaptable and engaged, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in partnerships, sales, or business development is a big advantage.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - you must be currently enrolled.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
