The community you will join:

Airbnb is seeking a Partnerships Enablement intern to join the Partnerships & Business Development team for France and Benelux.

The goal of our Partnerships & Business Development team is to build partnerships and alliances to support Airbnb’s business growth. They are responsible for deal making and partner management from start to finish, including sourcing stakeholders, implementing partnerships, and maintaining successful, long-lasting relationships.

You’ll join at an exciting moment as we build our local strategy, launch a major partnership, and drive an innovative project. You’ll gain 360° exposure to business development, focusing on activation: event execution, stakeholder alignment, and impact tracking. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact launch, learn about successful outcomes, and lay the foundation for future partnerships.

You can expect to:

  1. Partner with your mentor, the Business Development Lead for France and Benelux, to oversee activation plans for ongoing partnerships.
  2. Contribute to event coordination, including planning, stakeholder management (internal and external), activation on the day, and post-event review to ensure measurement, feedback, and improvements.
  3. Participate in mapping potential new partners in the region, exploring ideas for new collaborations to grow our business.

Your expertise:

We welcome candidates passionate about building lasting partnerships. You are likely the right fit if you:

  • Are in your final year of a Master’s program
  • Are data- and tech-savvy, regardless of your field of study
  • Have previous experience in partnership roles or student organizations managing collaborations
  • Speak both French and English fluently (comfortable in both languages)
  • Are based in Paris (in-person presence required, and our Paris office is fantastic)

Desired Skills

  • Strong communication skills; knowledge of the French market is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from data
  • Proactive, results-driven, eager to learn and pay attention to detail
  • Experience in internet marketplaces or the travel industry is a plus
