You should be passionate about high-growth sectors and eager to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. You excel at expanding your network, initiating, and closing multiple high-value deals swiftly. Your communication skills, in your local language and English, will help you present compelling narratives to diverse audiences. A can-do attitude—passion, curiosity, pride, drive, ownership—is essential.

Your responsibilities:

  • Negotiate high-value deals to establish new partner locations and expand the IWG network
  • Identify opportunities across commercial buildings, pitch partnership proposals, and close deals quickly
  • Demonstrate the value of IWG’s proposition to your network of B2B contacts
  • Source and attract ambitious partners aligned with our growth objectives
  • Manage your pipeline from initial contact to signed agreements
