The Role

The Partnership Director will drive Insider’s growth through supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Insider’s Channel Partners in the EU South region, including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Central & Eastern Europe.

You will work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to help in the execution of go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategies. This role requires a thorough understanding of Insider's product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure our GTM engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Selection, onboarding, and transacting with Solution Partners.
  • Planning & execution of GTM activities with Technology Partners.

Skills & Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner sales and business development.
  • Previous leadership experience in a SaaS company managing relationships with System Integrators, Digital Agencies, and ISVs.
  • Fluent in B2B SaaS business models.
  • High-level business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of Solution Selling.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in marketing technology space preferred but not required.

Job Description:

  • Work with Insider global offices to improve partnership practices and manage the partnership.
  • Generate leads & manage your pipeline from solution partners.
  • Develop business plans for agency-wide adoption of Insider.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Insider.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and present Insider Partner Program.
