Introduction

The International Business Unit (IBU) at Trip.com is responsible for driving the company’s growth in global markets. Focused on strategic partnerships and market expansion, the IBU team works across regions to enhance Trip.com’s presence, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet local needs.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partnership Affiliate Manager to support our growth in Paris, France. This role will focus on identifying, negotiating, and executing marketing partnerships at both regional and global levels across key verticals, driving growth for the Trip.com brand. Experience in developing online marketing partnerships is essential.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

* Onboard New Partnerships: Focus on onboarding new partnerships primarily in France across key verticals, including loyalty programs, telcos, airlines, banks, credit cards, e-wallets, communities, brands, media, supermarkets, and other online traffic partners to drive orders to Trip.com.

* Evaluate & Strategise Commercial Deals: Identify, assess, and develop strategies for commercial deals with relevant partners.

* Build & Maintain Relationships: Foster and manage long-term, strong relationships with partners to drive sustainable business growth.

* Identify Competitive Threats: Monitor the competitive landscape and propose appropriate strategies to mitigate risks.

* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Product, Operations, Supply, Finance, and other internal teams to create demand-driven products that can scale.

* Account Management & Campaign Optimisation: Oversee key accounts and optimise campaigns to meet business growth and KPI targets.

* Develop Strategy: Formulate a personal strategy aligned with team goals and KPIs.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

* Highly persuasive with strong business acumen in commercial partnerships across relevant verticals.

* Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable partnership deals.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

* Bachelor's degree in any field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and partnerships in France.
