You will support assigned start up activities around the new market focus of France, while learning and supporting other European regions to replicate similar model. Role will work with Head of Markets and Strategy Lead France to plan, execute, and develop new relationships in Key Market. Provide insights on key activities and focus areas regarding effective usage and leverage of resources, as well as recommendations around key relationships, interactions, and events.

Key Duties are not limited to but will include :

  • Support the development of a comprehensive range of metrics, external and internal inputs, consolidated reports and analysis thereof, presentations and various types of communications for stakeholder groups.
  • Support key processes related to accounts management, and achievement of established goals and objectives, including monitoring of relationship development status, opportunity identification, and closing of agreements. Coordinate area efforts to ensure vibrant relationships with all accounts.
  • Provide operational support for the development of the assigned area roadmap, regional sales targets, and corresponding business plan to deliver a customer centric service delivery model.
  • 50% focus on France market and related client engagements, supporting the Country Strategy & Engagement Partner Lead, France role.
  • 50% focus on other regions in Europe, coordinating with other regions.
  • Drive the integrated cohesive delivery and progress of the area roadmap by partnering with all functional areas & channels.
  • Actively participate in the planning, delivery and follow up of assigned events, meetings, calls, forums, and social media platforms to increase PMI brand awareness; focus on high level executive events. Assist in the coordination or creation of content and stakeholder activities. Support execution of established campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of immediate and long-term commitments and plans; identify conflicts, flag problems for management intervention and make changes as appropriate. Prompt follow up and progress for deliverables.
  • Update corporate CRM system with all relevant data.
  • Develop and sustain effective, flexible, collaborative working relationships with PMI staff, vendors, members, and volunteers during responsibilities. Be knowledgeable about and sensitive to cultural differences and ensure that all interactions are respectful, clear and understood.
  • Stay abreast of current developments and trends in your area of responsibility. Exercise creativity and acumen regarding knowledge research and networking with colleagues. Provide feedback and related recommendations as applicable.

What you will bring to the role :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related area. Advanced education desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume sales relationship development / service corporate environment; product experience or similar scope experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of France market
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to handle proactive engagement and coordination with multiple stakeholders, roles, and specializations.
  • Outcomes- driven, proactive, analytical, design and strategic thinker across end-to-end planning, design, integration, and delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in report and data preparation, including analysis of data and development of recommendations to address identified trends. Preparation and design of executive presentations, with proficiency in common presentation development tools.
  • Strong accountability and commitment to results.
  • Efficiently work across and influence multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix organization towards rapid and effective results.
  • Ability and willingness to become knowledgeable of project professions and PMI.
  • Must be native French speaker, fully bilingual in English, and live in France.
