Role Description & Responsibilities
- Business Operations: Support partners in enhancing their business models, managing sales and technical capacity, and aligning skills with DS solution releases.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to help partners adapt to new solutions, market demands, and business challenges.
- Enablement & Onboarding: Manage partner onboarding, contract negotiations, and accreditation to ensure seamless growth.
- Indirect Sales Strategy: Develop and implement indirect sales strategies within your territory to achieve the Mid-Term Growth Plan.
- Joint Marketing & Co-Selling: Collaborate on marketing campaigns and co-selling activities to generate and convert pipeline opportunities.
- Pipeline Leadership: Oversee a 4-quarter rolling forecast, ensuring pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Strategic Sales Programs: Create sales initiatives with partners, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to expand DS's footprint.
- Trusted Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as their primary DS contact to enable autonomous selling and maximize potential.
Qualifications
- 11+ years experience in technology solutions sales, preferably with reseller channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions and experience managing VAR ecosystems, sales forecasting, and complex contracts.
