Overview

Within the Partner Success team in the Alliances & Channels (A&C) France organisation, we are looking for a Partner Solution Engineer (Partner SE) to lead pre-sales activities, support enablement, build mutual GTM, how to demo like Salesforce, and we partner with Hyperscaler (AWS, ..), ZeroCopy Network (DBX, Snowflakes, …), and LLM partners (Mistral, HuggingFace ...).

With your “SE” skills, you'll be a key player in the complex partner sales cycle, delivering thought leadership and owning cross solutions to enhance our customers' experience. You'll collaborate with Partner Sales Managers, support our sales team, and translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. With your technical and sales skills, you'll present our product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology infrastructure.

The Partner Solution Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to our Technical Partners, Implementation Partners while aiding the customer’s transformational journey.

Responsibilities
  • Build mutual Go To Market (GTM) with our Technical Partners including: a mutual point of view, innovative demo / assets, deep architecture vision, and Pipe Gen agenda.
  • Support our Implementation Partner in building and presenting strong and smart Demo like Salesforce.
  • Lead pre-sales activities and regular key technical relationships with Technical Partners like AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the Zero Copy Network.
  • As a Solution Engineer,
    • you will support the Partner Sales team by translating business objectives into compelling technical recommendations. You will present product offerings, address technical objections, and foster confidence in our technology infrastructure.
    • Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges.
    • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position.
Required Qualifications
  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organization. We are open to a variety of backgrounds for the role:
    • +10 Year of Professional Experience
    • 3/5y experience in technology partners in the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Or +5y experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineer in Software company,
  • Experience in CRM solutions as Salesforce, Lakehouse solutions, Data Integration, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Salesforce Certifications, Trailhead +Ranger, AgentBlazer are must have,
  • Fluency in French and English,
  • Located in France in Paris region, Willing and able to travel occasionally
