The Partner Manager is a quota carrying role and will be responsible for delivering revenue with and through AB Tasty's partner and alliance ecosystem in the French and Spanish regions. The role will be responsible for building upon existing partnerships as well as recruiting new partners. To be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of digital marketing technology, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish and build relationships with key personnel in assigned Digital Agency, Technology Partners, Global System Integrator and in territory.
  2. Involve company personnel, including sales, pre-sales, services, support, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives.
  3. Drive net new sales growth via partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings as well as achieving strategic objectives in assigned partner.
  4. Develop joint go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives to drive pipeline of opportunities.
  5. Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  6. Ensure partners are effectively enabled for both selling and solution development efforts that best address end user needs.
  7. Work closely and proactively with the Sales Teams to align on opportunities and identify new sources of revenue.

What we look for

  1. 5+ years of channel and alliances sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling B2B sales environment, preferably in the Digital Experience.
  2. Working knowledge of digital marketing agencies, systems integrators, and web development.
  3. Ability to grow sustainable channel partnerships through account planning and strong pipeline management.
  4. Strong work ethic with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Experience managing a sales cycle from the business champion to the close.
  6. Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated written and verbal communications.
  7. Experience working in a startup environment.
  8. Outstanding and effective English communication skills (oral and written).
  9. Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  10. Proficient level of French and effective English communication skills (oral and written).

€100,000 - €130,000 a year (Ratio fix / variable, e.g., 65 + 55)
