As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's partner sales strategy to drive channel growth and increase revenue through strategic alliances. You will work closely with external partners, as well as internal sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure mutual success.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and enablement programs
  • Monitor partner sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Drive partner performance through training, support, and regular performance reviews
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote the partnership program and brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in partner or channel sales within the software, SaaS, or technology industry
  • Experience working with enterprise software is preferred; understanding of product design and manufacturing will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
