Job Description & Role Responsibilities

The Partner Sales Manager – Strategic Account Manager is responsible for executing end-to-end joint engagements with partners, from lead generation to closing, to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for SOLIDWORKS Korea. Lead partners to develop key deals through the sell-with model and establish the Strategic Account Management process.

  1. Define mid- and long-term revenue growth strategies for strategic accounts.
  2. Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.
  3. Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a Business Consulting approach.
  4. Foster trusted relationships with both customers and partners.
  5. Co-create marketing plans to generate key deal leads and support sales efforts.
  6. Lead partners by example on selected client and deal engagements.
  7. Coach partners through the sales process, adopting a value engagement and consultative selling approach.
  8. Build and develop trusted relationships at the executive level and within all layers of the client organization to ensure sustainable business for Dassault Systèmes.
  9. Provide accurate forecasts by managing the full-year pipeline of strategic accounts.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in selling software and/or cloud solutions, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
  • Over 8 years of experience selling software solutions to clients with partner channels.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
