What You’ll Do

You’ll operate as a recruitment partner under the Halr Tech Group brand, running your own agency in your chosen vertical (tech, IT, engineering, or sales):

  • Build and manage your client portfolio
  • Source, qualify, and place high-quality candidates
  • Deliver a consistent, relationship-led recruitment experience
  • Operate with complete autonomy, while leveraging our support, tools, and community
  • Participate in optional peer sessions and strategic planning support
