Qualifications

• Diplôme en chaîne d'approvisionnement, commerce, ingénierie, finance ou domaine technique équivalent.
• Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Expérience en opérations, chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou gestion de projet (stages comptés).
• Familiarité avec les interactions fournisseurs/partenaires.
• Expérience en analyse de données (Excel, SQL, BI) pour identifier tendances et problématiques opérationnelles.

Responsibilities

• Diriger les installations et la maintenance end-to-end des points Pickup/Return.
• Lancer des projets stratégiques (lancements produits, expansion géographique, améliorations de processus).
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et négocier les contrats, viser >90% de SLA.
• Conduire l’optimisation et l’automatisation des processus grâce à des outils IA et low-code.
• Gérer les finances du programme ( commandes, facturation, P&L) et contrôler les coûts.
• Collaborer avec les équipes transverses (Ventes, Qualité, Produit/Tech, Finance, Marketing).
• Réaliser des analyses approfondies et suivre les KPI (uptime, DPMO, cycle time, coût).
• Conduire le changement organisationnel et les transformations opérationnelles.

The Partner Operations Manager will support the country lead with all aspects of product installation and maintenance in France as we continue to expand the business. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners – including service providers, host partners, technology and product management, and the local business development team. The individual must be both analytical and creative, seeking out ways to improve products, processes, and tools, and executing on those ideas. Strong interpersonal skills are also important as the position will have frequent interaction with leadership at Amazon and partner companies. Key job responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Lead end-to-end installation, maintenance, and post-installation operations (removal, decommissioning, moves, resizing) for Pickup and Return Points across assigned markets
• Drive strategic projects including new product launches (Gen5 lockers), geographic expansion, and process improvements aligned with business objectives

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Manage complex supplier relationships across installation and maintenance services, negotiating contracts to achieve 90%+ SLA compliance
• Scale supplier capacity strategically, ensuring redundancy on critical services while driving cost reductions

Process Optimization & Automation

• Leverage AI tools and low/no-code solutions to streamline operational processes, targeting 15-30% productivity gains through automation

Financial Management

• Manage program finance including purchase orders, invoice processing, and P&L ownership for assigned cost centers
• Work within imparted budgets while identifying savings opportunities through supplier optimization and process improvements

Stakeholder Management & Influence

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Sales, Quality, Product/Tech, Finance, Marketing) to support business objectives
• Influence internal and external stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

Data Analysis & Performance Management

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Monitor and report on KPIs including 99%+ uptime targets, DPMO, FTDS, cycle time, and cost performance
• Establish dashboards and alarming mechanisms to proactively flag performance deterioration

Operational Excellence & Change Management

• Maintain network reliability through proactive maintenance strategies and quality control mechanisms
• Lead teams through operational transformations, new technology implementations, and process redesigns
• Promote adaptability to rapid business changes and scaling requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• Speak, write, and read fluently in French
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management (internships count)
• Familiarity with supplier or vendor interactions
• Experience conducting data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to identify trends or operational issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Exposure to vendor management processes including SLA monitoring and performance reporting
• Interest in or early experience with AI tools, automation, or low/no-code solutions to improve workflows or productivity
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving product launches, geographic expansion, or process redesign
• Demonstrated ability to present data-driven insights to managers or stakeholders to support decision-making
• Familiarity with P&L, cost tracking, or budget optimization in an operational context
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
