Requirements
- 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven success in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiating agreements, and building long-lasting partnerships.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios quickly and communicate them effectively.
- University degree.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (when travel is feasible).
Nice to have:
- Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics.
- Native/fluent in German, French, or other European languages.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, enthusiasm, team-oriented, and strong cross-group collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard partners across the EMEA region.
- Activate partners through training, planning, and joint GTM activities.
- Host strategic partner QBRs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets.
