We’re looking for a Partner Growth Manager to join our Hospitality team based in Paris. As Partner Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding existing strategic partnerships and cultivating new ones to drive merchant acquisition within the French market. This is an exciting opportunity that offers significant ownership, allowing you to build a strong professional network within Lightspeed's extensive partner ecosystem.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Active engagement with existing resellers and referrals to bring in new customers to Lightspeed;
- Research and trending the enterprise app market to determine new apps, pricing & analyze competitive marketplaces;
- Develop, manage and maintain the pipeline to deliver the assigned territories market strategy;
- Achieve the channel sales quotas in assigned geographical regions; provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners in the territory;
- Ensure a high-quality two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed;
- Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as required;
- Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go-to-market strategy;
- Bring in new reseller partnerships by outbound prospecting and inbound qualification;
- Closely collaborate with Product, Business Development and sales managers.
What you’ll be bringing to the team:
- 3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (Software sales experience preferred);
- Amazing negotiating skills with a focus on customer needs;
- Great understanding of the Partnership landscape, especially within France;
- Stakeholder in the partnership strategy and work together with the region Sales Managers;
- Experience to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners;
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment;
- Fluency in French and English.
