What are we looking for
SentinelOne is seeking an experienced MSSP Partner Development Manager to oversee an assigned group of focused Managed Service partners in SEUR where we are rapidly growing our presence.
What will you do
- Implement and manage an effective channel strategy focused on optimising MSSP partnerships in the aligned region.
- Increase partner generated revenues and partner-initiated deals aligned to SentinelOne's PartnerOne Program.
- Manage existing and grow new MSSP partners to enhance market and vertical sales and support coverage.
- Execute account mapping meetings and demand generation activities with SentinelOne staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities.
- Work with partners to expand SentinelOne's product footprint, including coordination of partner activation workshops and enablement sessions (marketing, sales, and technical).
- Develop emerging product adoption plans.
- Co-develop partner go-to-market strategies, including coordination of joint sales strategies with SentinelOne and partner account teams.
- Work alongside Channel Business Managers to accelerate business with Managed Services partners.
- Generate plans for sales activities on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Lead enablement sessions to train partners, ensuring they are self-sufficient.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers within partner organizations.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of high-tech channel sales experience in enterprise security, specifically with Managed Service providers.
- Proven success in driving partner growth and revenue.
- Knowledge of and network within VAR channels.
- Understanding of business models of channel partners and how to integrate SentinelOne solutions into their offerings.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity or related fields.
- Metrics-driven, accountable, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and reputation with key partners in the region.
- Ability to present to large audiences and host partner and customer events.
- Skilled in deal initiation, management, and closing in collaboration with SentinelOne account teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
