A leading global software company is seeking a Partner Success Manager to oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new partners in an international environment. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in sales partner recruitment within the manufacturing sector, and hold a diploma in a relevant field. Qualifications

Role Responsibility & Job Description :
  • Identify, hunt, screen, register, onboard and facilitate new 3DS partners / resellers to achieve revenue results
  • Build relationships with prospective partners / resellers whilst articulating the value of working with 3DS
  • Drive acquisition and onboarding of new partners / resellers
  • Coordinate technology, sales, marketing and administrative enablement support for targeted partners / resellers
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunities and value creation for targeted partners / resellers
Qualifications :
  • Minimal Diploma holding in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales partner recruitment role
  • Prior experience in recruiting sales partners within the manufacturing industry a plus
  • Familiarity with technical knowledge (internet, Cloud, SaaS) is also a plus
  • Positive mindset with acceptance to constant changes
