Role Responsibility & Job Description :
- Identify, hunt, screen, register, onboard and facilitate new 3DS partners / resellers to achieve revenue results
- Build relationships with prospective partners / resellers whilst articulating the value of working with 3DS
- Drive acquisition and onboarding of new partners / resellers
- Coordinate technology, sales, marketing and administrative enablement support for targeted partners / resellers
- Proactively identify areas of opportunities and value creation for targeted partners / resellers
Qualifications :
- Minimal Diploma holding in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales partner recruitment role
- Prior experience in recruiting sales partners within the manufacturing industry a plus
- Familiarity with technical knowledge (internet, Cloud, SaaS) is also a plus
- Positive mindset with acceptance to constant changes
