Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la croissance des relations avec les partenaires ISV, en collaborant avec diverses équipes pour atteindre des objectifs commerciaux communs. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en garantissant que les partenaires sont alignés sur les objectifs stratégiques et en fournissant une valeur ajoutée aux clients. The role & the team

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager ISV (Independent Software Vendor) to join our Tech Partnerships team. The team is part of the Sales department and aims to enhance customers and prospects experiences through integrations with other software platforms.

Our objective is to remain the most interconnected software in the market. Currently, we are proud to offer around 300 integrations with various software across multiple industries.

As a Partner Account Manager ISV, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with our existing ISV partners and ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (partnerships, marketing, sales, product) to drive joint business goals, enhance partner satisfaction, and accelerate revenue growth through these partnerships.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our ISV partners are aligned with our strategic objectives and equipped to deliver value to our prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities
  1. Build, nurture and manage a portfolio of ISVs partners. Act as their primary point of contact and advocate for partner needs within Pennylane.
  2. Develop and execute joint business & Marketing plans with ISV partners to achieve mutual goals. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and revenue growth.
  3. Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (partnerships, marketing, …).
  4. Monitor projects and ensure progress towards a go-live within a defined timeframe.
  5. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure goals are met while providing regular reports on partner stage, pipeline, and revenue contributions.
  6. Shape and enhance our ISV Partner Program with the goal of maximizing customer acquisition and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.

Experience/ understanding in the ISV ecosystem is highly desirable.

  11. We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
