Une entreprise innovante recherche un Partner Account Manager pour renforcer son écosystème de partenaires. Qualifications

Description du poste

The Partner Account Manager is a strategic role dedicated to driving success within CLARITY Group’s partner ecosystem. This position involves leading the recruitment of new partners, fostering strong relationships with existing ones, and enabling mutual growth through strategic collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing partner pipelines.
  2. Conducting account planning.
  3. Developing go-to-market strategies to maximize the impact of CLARITY Group's solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, AI, or CX industries.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, and growing partnerships, including meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong ability to establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners at all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience managing partner pipelines, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results through structured account planning.
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-branded campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficient in organizing partner enablement programs, workshops, and strategic events to maximize partner engagement and success.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Applications, Artificial Intelligence, or technology platforms and an understanding of partner ecosystems in these domains.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit new partners aligned with CLARITY Group’s strategic goals.
  • Process incoming partner leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into active partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations and sign partnership agreements.
  • Design and manage effective onboarding processes for new partners.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Conduct regular account planning sessions with partners to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Facilitate strategic meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews.

Driving Partner Success

  • Support partners in achieving revenue and business goals by providing resources, insights, and training.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns with partners.
  • Monitor partner pipelines and ensure proactive follow-ups to drive mutual growth.

Strategic Partner Development

  • Analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and untapped opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners’ business models and integrate their strengths into CLARITY’s ecosystem.
  • Foster innovation and collaboration by aligning partners with internal stakeholders.

Partner Enablement & Events

  • Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and events for partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Represent CLARITY Group at industry events and partner conferences.
