MillerKnoll seeks a Showroom Manager for the Paris showroom to welcome visitors, provide administrative support, and oversee hospitality and catering. You will ensure showroom aesthetics, enforce guidelines, and support the Sales team with customer visits and events from the Paris location.

Requirements include bilingual French/English fluency, showroom or customer service experience, and proficiency with Pack Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum A-level or higher education.
• Fluent in French & English.
• Experience in showroom management or customer service.
• Proficient with Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Manage the Paris showroom, including welcoming visitors.
• Provide professional administrative support to employees based in the Paris showroom.
• Take overall responsibility for hospitality and catering at the Paris showroom.
• Ensure the visual appearance of all areas of the Paris Showroom and arrange for repairs/maintenance.
• Ensure showroom guidelines are followed by staff and visitors.
• Manage the catering and set up meeting rooms as needed.
• Support the French Sales team with customers and A&D visits/events.
• Handle invoicing and billing for the showroom in collaboration with 3A Conseil.
• Manage Try A Chair stock programme and CMF updates.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
