MillerKnoll in Paris is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead the Paris showroom operations, welcome visitors and support the local sales team. The role combines administrative duties, hospitality management, and showroom presentation to ensure a polished customer experience.

You will oversee catering, maintain showroom standards, coordinate with the French sales team on events, and handle day-to-day admin, invoicing, and supplier relations. Fluent French and English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum A level or higher education.
• Fluent in French & English.
• Experience in showroom management or customer service.
• Use of Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint).

Responsabilités

• Manage the Paris showroom, welcoming visitors.
• Provide professional administrative support to employees based in the Paris showroom.
• Take overall responsibility for hospitality and catering at the Paris showroom.
• Ensure the visual appearance of all areas of the Paris Showroom and arrange for maintenance.
• Support the French Sales team with customers and A&D visits/events.
• Manage invoicing and bill payment for the showroom in collaboration with 3A Conseil.
• Open the showroom at 9:00.
