Wheely is seeking a Chauffeur Recruiter in Paris to own the France chauffeur acquisition engine from first contact to first journey. You will build and run a high-volume pipeline, using data to prioritise recruitment across channels and cities.

This execution-heavy role rewards ownership over sourcing, qualification, conversion, and onboarding systems, with measurable impact on marketplace supply.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume recruitment pipelines or sales funnels.
• Comfortable tracking funnel metrics and reporting results.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and converting leads via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify underperforming channels or stages and design fixes.
• Partner with Chauffeur Academy to ensure smooth handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Represent Wheely within the chauffeur community to support referrals and retention.
• Report funnel performance (volume, conversion, cost, time-to-first-journey) to France Ops leadership.

About The Role

As a Chauffeur Recruiter in Paris, you'll own Wheely France's chauffeur acquisition engine end to end — from first contact to first journey. Sitting within the France Operations team, you'll build and run the pipeline that keeps the marketplace supplied with best-in-class chauffeurs, using data to prioritise where and how we recruit.

This is an execution-heavy, high-ownership role, not a strategy-only seat: you'll be judged on pipeline volume, conversion, and time-to-first-journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and converting leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline, tracking each chauffeur's progress from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify where acquisition is underperforming — by channel, city, or funnel stage — and design fixes.
• Partner with Quality & Training (Chauffeur Academy) to ensure a smooth handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Act as a day-to-day representative for Wheely within the chauffeur community, building relationships that support referrals and retention.
• Report acquisition funnel performance (volume, conversion, cost, time-to-first-journey) to France Ops leadership.

Requirements

• Experience running high-volume recruitment or sales pipelines, with the discipline to manage many leads at different funnel stages at once.
• Comfortable with data — able to track and report funnel metrics, and act on them (SQL a plus, not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage at scale while keeping a personal touch.
• A structured operator who turns a high-volume, high-touch process into a repeatable system.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in Paris, ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
