Heritageholdings is looking for a Business Analyst/Associate to support the start-up of its Paris office. This role is crucial for integrating the Paris office with central Technology and Operations teams across Milan and London.

You will drive process establishment and data flows, contributing to the efficient launch of the new office while working closely with international teams.

The ideal candidate has a master’s in Finance and experience in a FinTech environment, and is fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a FinTech or multi-family office environment.
• Experience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver client portfolio reports including performance analysis.
• Perform daily trade and position reconciliations for managed funds.
• Support the Investment team in portfolio monitoring and analysis.

Connaissances

Outstanding academic background with master's degree

1-3 years of experience in a FinTech/technology-based environment

Knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Fluent in English and French

Formation

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
