Heritage Holdings is seeking a Business Analyst/Associate to help launch the Paris office and integrate it with our central Technology, Operations, and Investing teams. You will drive data consolidation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across Milan, London, and Paris.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Finance or Economics, 1–3 years in FinTech, and are fluent in English and French, with a proactive, tech-savvy mindset and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in FinTech, multi-family office, private bank, or asset manager.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations.
• Experience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus.
• Proactive, tech-savvy with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools and dashboards.
• Support portfolio monitoring, data analysis, and ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain client profiles with KYC, AML, and suitability docs.
