Based in Paris (with possible travel within Europe), you will be involved in consultancy assignments and manage high-value projects for prestigious clients in the insurance market. As part of the Actuarial & Risk practice, under internal supervision, you will support clients in various actuarial projects, including:

  • Transformation of (re)insurers' finance and risk functions: asset-liability management (ALM), financial modeling, forecasting, and transformation of financial reporting processes;
  • Risk management: enhancing ORSA exercises, risk management and control frameworks, tools, and capital optimization;
  • Actuarial modeling: improving and modernizing actuarial tools, developing coding libraries;
  • Digital transformation and AI deployment;
  • Compliance with standards such as IFRS and Solvency II;
  • Data management, tools, and analytics optimization;
  • Actuarial support for mergers and acquisitions.

Profile required

  • Fellow actuary or holder of a master's degree in data science, engineering, applied mathematics, or statistics;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an insurance company or consulting firm specializing in insurance;
  • Strong expertise in Solvency II or IFRS 17 for life and health insurance (pension savings and/or protection);
  • Familiarity with actuarial modeling tools (Prophet, MoSes, Risk Agility, Addactis, Tyche, Solveo, Axis) and programming languages (Python, R, SAS, Matlab, etc.);
  • Passionate about the insurance sector;
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Proactive, analytical, with strong prioritization skills;
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
