Cisco is seeking Legal Interns to join our European team in Paris, hybrid arrangement, for a 6-month period starting Jan 2027 or Jul 2027. You will support legal counsels, draft initial contracts and correspondence, review documents, and assist with negotiations across sales and other matters while learning Cisco’s contracting processes.

Applicants should have a Master in Law (bac+5) and fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law (bac+5) or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist legal counsels supporting sales teams.
• Work on advanced legal matters.
• Participate in and assist with customer negotiations.
• Draft initial versions of legal documents such as contracts, correspondence, and summaries.
• Create contract records in the contract management system and utilize digital tools.
• Review and amend various legal and business documents as requested by assigned legal counsels.
• Participate in the development and drafting of Cisco's internal legal documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including legal translation and legal research.
