Job summary

CoStar Group, based in Paris, seeks a Field Research Manager to lead a team of field researchers across Paris and key French markets. You will drive field strategy, ensure data quality, and deliver high-value photography, drone imagery, video, and Matterport content.

You will combine people leadership with hands-on field presence, using dashboards and coaching to raise productivity and standards. Travel within France is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing and developing a team in a corporate environment.
• Proven leadership and performance management abilities.
• Strong organisational and project management skills across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of field research, photography workflows, and media production.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Researchers in Paris and French markets.
• Plan field coverage and campaigns to improve market completeness.
• Maintain field presence and provide hands-on coaching.
• Oversee photography, drone imagery, video, Matterport and data quality.
• Use dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and quality.
• Coordinate high-value media assignments with stakeholders.
• Travel regularly within France to support field ops.
